These Terms of Service govern your use of the StoryMGL website and your purchases from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Printed-to-order goods

Our shirts are printed to order. Small variations in print placement and color rendering between screens and fabric are normal, not defects. Product images are representative of the design on the shirt.

Orders & pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you order. Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error — and will refund any amount you have paid in that case.

Pre-orders — the Founders Run

Founders Run purchases are pre-orders, paid in full at checkout. The run closes on the date shown on the site; after the close, the run goes to print and shirts ship within the stated window. You may cancel any pre-order for a full refund at any time before the run closes. After the run goes to print, orders are final, subject to the Shipping & Returns policy below. If we are unable to print or ship your order, you receive a full refund.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the amounts shown.

Shipping & returns

Shipping timelines, costs, and our returns policy are described on the Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of your order.

Intellectual property

The StoryMGL name, logo, designs, photographs, and site content are owned by StoryMGL or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site — no attempts to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, or infringe the rights of others.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent the law allows, StoryMGL is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item the claim relates to. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which StoryMGL operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above shows when. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
